The staff was generally friendly and helpful enough

The room i was given was quite noisy I could clearly hear street noise and conversations from adjacent rooms This significantly impacted my sleep quality The provided air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively on warmer days making it quite uncomfortable

The breakfast was varied and included both Spanish and Continental options. Staff members were friendly. They gave good advice. Everything was looked super fresh.

the reception staff was helpful with directions (i visited in october). the hotel stored luggage before check-in, convenient.

the street noise was quite noticeable as the sound isolation wasn't very effective.

Good Location but Some Noise Issues

The reception staff provided good eating suggestions. They also helped find a cab, it was very useful. The breakfast was wonderful with good choices. I appreciated the spacious bathroom, it was well appointed.

The hotel was very noisy, it was hard to sleep. I could hear people in their rooms and in the halls. Street noise also was a problem at night.

the staff were excellent. they gave wonderful eating suggestions. the breakfast was also wonderful. i especially appreciated the spacious bathroom. it was well appointed.

my room was quite basic. it was also very noisy. i could hear people in their rooms. i could hear people in the halls as well. i was mindful of the noise. i am a lighter sleeper.
